Thank you for helping us have a successful 2007. We are looking forward to another great year and are anticipating spring.
If you have not taken advantage of our Commercial Care Partnership Program, now is the time to act. For a flat rate we will service your commercial mower and make recommendations for additional repairs. Provided you perform the additional repairs, we will guarantee you receive preferential service and in the event we can not repair your machine in 24 hours, we will provide you a loaner at no charge. We are also running our Winterfix program through March 15th. Winterfix entitles you to a 10% discount on all repairs over $500.00. Why wait, give our service department a call today at 1-800-935-7999 and set up an appointment to get your machine ready for mowing.
In accordance with tradition, our annual Cutters Day open house is scheduled for March 19th this year. This is, without question, THE BEST DAY to purchase a new commercial mower. We will have representatives from all our major brands on hand to answer questions. We will have special one day promotions with the best pricing of the year. Anyone who purchases a Walker Mower on Cutters Day will be entered in a drawing to win a free trip to Ft. Collins, Colorado to the Walker Family Reunion. Of course, we will serve breakfast and lunch.
For 2008 Walker has introduced the "Super B". This Machine has a 27 hp Kohlerengine, 60" side discharge deck and a ground speed of 9 mph. Walker has also introduced a 52" GHS deck, featuring the cast iron gearboxes, that will fit on any Walker with a 10.5" blower. Also new for 2008 is a 36" mulching deck which is perfect for cemeteries and other tight spaces. This year Walker will produce their 100,000th mower. In celebration of this event, Walker has introduced a Limited Edition MT28 featuring a 28 hp EFI Kohler engine, pearlescent paint, and chrome package. We are taking deposits for these machines. Due to the success of the KX121 and KX161, Kubota has just introduced a KX91 and a KX080 with angle blade. Kubota has also introduced an M59 tractor loader backhoe. The M59 is capable of lifting almost 4,000 pounds to full height (10.5') with the loader and digging 12' deep with the backhoe. Kubota has also introduced three new ZG gasoline powered zero turn mowers. These units feature a Kubota air-cooled gasoline engine. Like the Kubota ZD deisel powered zero turn mowers, the new ZG's feature a shaft drive fabricated PRO deck, direct drive hydrostatic transmission, wet PTO clutch and hydraulic deck lift. We are already seeing price increases due to fuel costs, steel costs and exchange rates. If you are looking for a deal, we do have some leftovers at last year's pricing.
