Thank you for your continued patronage. It is because of you, our customers and friends, that we had a great year. Now is the time to start planning for spring. 2003 was better than we could have hoped and we expect another great year in 2004. We are receiving truckloads of equipment and getting it ready for the busy season. Kubota and New Holland are introducing new models for 2004. Toro is continuing to pursue the homeowner zero radius turn mower. Honda has some great innovations right around the corner.

PARTS

If you enjoy working on your equipment when you are not working with it be sure to visit the "Friendly Folks" for all your needs. We are ready to help you with accessories, maintenance items, restoration parts and advice.

The cold weather is upon us. We are well stocked with diesel fuel conditioner to help keep your tractor running; chains for tractors and snowblowers; snow cabs and headlights for snowblowers; choker chains for your winch; jumper cables; and many other accessories to help deal with winter.

We have the fluids and filters to keep your equipment running well for years to come. Why take a chance on "will fit" parts when the right parts are competitively priced. SERVICE

If you prefer not to work on your equipment or if the repairs are too involved we have a team of trained technicians available to help keep your equipment running smoothly. From string trimmers to generators to tractors and excavators we can service it.

Our mobile service van has been a great success. Rather than having to bring your tractor to the shop we are able to take care of routine maintenance and service issues at your home. Next time your tractor needs service just give Wendell a call and he will schedule an appointment.

We will run our annual "We Care Winter Care" special again this year. This has been an excellent way to ensure reliable service from your mower. For a flat rate we will pick up your lawn tractor or walk behind mower, service it and return it to your home before the grass starts growing. Be sure to watch your mail for more details.

GENERATORS

Having power when you need it is becoming more important to most people. We now offer home standby generators from Winco. When properly installed these units will automatically start and transfer power to your home during a power outage. For long-term power outages or remote locations without power we have 6,500 and 12,500-watt diesel generators from Kubota. Remember, if you wait until the lights go out to shop for a generator it may be too late. Many generators are still in short supply. We are keeping a waiting list and will be happy to add your name.

SNOWBLOWERS

Kubota front mount snowblowers are in stock for BX and B series tractors. If the thought of shoveling your driveway leaves you feeling exhausted, ask us for a quote to install a snowblower on the front of your late model Kubota.

Snowblowers are in short supply, but we do have accessories to make snow removal more enjoyable. If you have grown weary of being covered in snow, we have cabs for walk behind snowblowers and tractors. We also have a vast selection of tire chains for walk behind snowblowers, lawn tractors, and compact tractors to help you increase traction in slippery conditions. As always, remember to keep spare shear bolts on hand, you never know when you may need one.

IMPLEMENT SPECIALS

The exchange rate between the Euro and the US dollar has changed significantly. We are already seeing significant price increases in many European products. To help offset this increase we purchased Howard HR350, HR750 and HR760 tillers last fall at the old price. These tillers will fit most small tractors up to 30 hp. This special is limited to dealer stock. When they are gone the price will go up significantly.

We do have some leftover implements available. These leftovers include Sitrex finish mowers; Woods and Land Pride rakes and blades; Land Pride 84" grooming mower; a Patu DC65MF chipper and a Fransgard V6500 winch at the old price.

FIREWOOD

Many of us heat with wood. If you have been looking for an easier way to get your wood we offer three point hitch winches by Fransgard. Using a winch allows you to keep the tractor away from rough terrain and minimizes the impact to the forest. We also carry log arches from Mammoth, which are an economical means to lift the butt of a log for skidding.

We carry Timberwolf log splitters. Timberwolf splitters are built to withstand commercial use. These Honda powered splitters are available in lengths from 24" to 48". We also stock a Timberwolf three point hitch splitter with a 20 gallon per minute pump to make the chores go even faster.

CUTTERS DAY

We will host our annual Cutter's Day on Wednesday, March 24. If you are a landscaper you cannot afford to miss this event. We will have the best deals of the season and a free breakfast of griffles and sausage. Whether you are looking for parts or a new mower, don't miss this event.

COMMERCIAL MOWERS

Kubota has entered the gasoline powered zero radius turn market this year. They have introduced the ZG20-48 and the ZG23-54. These units are similar to the Diesel powered ZD's. The ZG's feature a hydraulic wet disk PTO clutch and brake; shaft drive mower deck; and a foot operated hydraulic mower deck lift.

Toro has also redesigned their larger commercial mowers. The new 500 series Toro features a 7-gauge deck with an adjustable discharge for various mowing conditions. Toro has also installed a flexible rubber discharge chute to eliminate damage to the mower and landscape when the operator gets too close.

KUBOTA

Kubota has many new additions to their extensive lineup. The most significant addition is the RTV900 utility vehicle. This utility vehicle is unlike any other vehicle today. Most utility vehicles are based on ATV and snowmobile technology and use a belt drive. The RTV900 is based on tractor technology. This vehicle is four wheel drive, with a diesel engine and a hydrostatic transmission. We anticipate having some RTV900's in February or March. Please stop by for a test drive.

When the BX series was introduced three years ago Kubota created a whole new market segment. The subcompact tractor market has continued to grow and Kubota now offers four models including a tractor loader backhoe. Not wanting to rest on their laurels Kubota has updated the BX series for 2004 and now includes cruise control for mowing large areas on the BX1830 and BX2230. Additionally the BX seat has been upgraded for increased operator comfort.

Kubota has also upgraded the B series tractors for 2004. The lineup now includes a 21 hp B7510 and a 24 hp B7610. The B7510 is available with a standard or a hydrostatic transmission. The B7610 features a hydrostatic transmission and a stronger loader than the B7510. We now have an even stronger value in the compact Kubotas.

Perhaps the most significant upgrade is the introduction of the 29 hp L2800DT and the 34.7 hp L3400DT basic tractors. These units will replace the L2600DT and the L3000DT. These units feature a semi-flat operators platform; an under hood muffler; an 8 x 4 transmission and a larger loader than their predecessors. We are excited to have an improved standard tractor to offer.

We do have a few L3000DT's left. This has been a terrific tractor at a good price for our customers. If you have been procrastinating, we recommend hurrying to take advantage of the savings the L3000DT has to offer.
