The Internet is a relatively new way of doing business for us. We have always conducted business in a face-to-face manner. While we believe this is still the best way to purchase tractors and other large items, the Internet is an effective and efficient means to purchase parts, toys and other small items.

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. We will carefully package your order and ship it to you. Most items we sell may be returned within 10 days. All we ask is that the part be in the original container and be in saleable condition.

• Please call us before returning any item.

• If the product(s) were damaged in shipping please contact the shipper.

• If you mistakenly ordered the item you will be expected to pay for the shipping costs. Obviously, if we mistakenly shipped an item to you, the return shipping charges will be our responsibility.

• We do not accept returns on electrical parts or special orders.

* Used whole good products are sold with a 30-day 50% parts, 50% labor warranty at the dealership. The warranty does not cover shipping or transportation.

• Used parts are too difficult to warranty, and must, therefore, be sold "As Is, Where Is". We will provide as many pictures as possible of the item on your request, and you are always free to call our Parts Department at 1-800-935-7999 for more information. We will take every effort to ensure that used parts are in serviceable condition.

• All consignment sales are final. Consignment products are sold "As Is, Where Is" with out any warranty from the dealership.
