Parts and Service Tractors are a long-term investment, many times they will last a lifetime. Our customers are comprised of farmers, homeowners and commercial contractors. Whether they are trying to earn a living or work around the house this weekend, most tractor owners depend upon their machines and cannot afford downtime. Whether you are looking at new or used tractors, the dealer that sells it is more likely to give priority for his customers. That great deal on the side of the road or over the internet may be harder to get serviced when the local dealer is busy taking care of his customers. We recommend that customers establish a relationship with a local dealer. Some of the best tractors ever made are being sold today, what sets a dealer apart is their service. Our entire operation; parts, service, and sales, is open Monday through Saturday, 7:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. We understand that most people work Monday through Friday and need to shop on Saturday. Many small service issues like flat tires, can be repaired on Saturdays and keep the tractor working. Our parts department is well stocked with parts and accessories. Most manufacturers are able to ship parts overnight for a service emergency. We have a toll free number for orders. In addition, parts can be ordered via fax or e-mail and shipped the next day in many cases. We have a service truck on the road most weekdays and can do many repairs at your site. We also have several trucks and trailers to haul tractors in for more extensive repairs. Our seven full time mechanics are well trained in small engine, tractor and implement repair. We service well what we sell. |
